3-strike no-show policy
Due to a recent run of people reserving a spot but not showing up for their scheduled appointments we have put a 3-strike no-show policy in place. If you miss 3 scheduled appointments without reason, we will be unable to run you in for-cash appointments any longer. This should not affect the majority of you who have been awesome in showing up, but we hope to reduce the inconvenience the no-shows have caused for our experimenters, as well as increase the number of experiments the rest of you will be able to participate in.
General guidelines are as follows:
1. Please do not sign up for an appointment if you are sure you will not make it.
2. If you have an appointment but need to cancel, please let the experimenter know, preferably in advance.
